Applications for Support

To apply for the loan of medical equipment, individuals should contact the Charity through the on-call volunteer who can be contacted on 07855 628154.

For applications for grants, Saltash based residents should discuss their needs with Saltash Health Visitors or other health professionals, who will submit applications on their behalf direct to the Charity. The Charity does not accept applications for financial grants direct from individuals.
